Wedding Photo Print Sizes – Entrance, Wall & Tabletop Chart

Wedding photo print sizes: entrance photos 60×90, 70×110, 70×120, 50×75, 40×60 cm and tabletop 20×30, 15×21, 13×18 cm, with required pixels and print tips.

Besides the album, a wedding package often includes a wedding entrance (gate) photo (a large print displayed at the reception entrance), wall enlargements for the couple's home and a few tabletop prints. Below are the common sizes and the pixel dimensions you need for sharp prints.

Wedding entrance photos and enlargements

Large prints are viewed from a distance, so they don't need 300 DPI; around 150–200 DPI looks great.

Names and wedding date on the entrance photo

  • Place the bride and groom's names and the wedding date within the safe area, never over anyone's face.
  • Add the lunar date where it's customary — in Vietnam and other East Asian cultures, many families care a lot about this detail.
  • Keep the studio logo small, at moderate opacity, in a bottom corner.

Work faster with Print crop, mockups & gate photos

In Snaply Album, create a print project: enter the groom's and bride's names and the wedding date (the lunar date is calculated automatically), then choose the sizes you need — each size becomes a group. The names block and logo are pinned, applied to the whole group with one click; then click View mockup to send the client composites in wall frames or on a wedding entrance easel. See the detailed guide.

Tips for great prints

  • Don't enlarge a photo more than 2× its original size; images without enough pixels will look grainy at large sizes.
  • Ask the print lab about the material (photo paper, canvas, foam board) to adjust brightness accordingly — canvas usually prints darker than it looks on screen.
  • Crop the photo to the exact aspect ratio of the print size before sending, so the lab doesn't crop it for you.
